清新討喜的葡萄柚、百香果、檸檬與青蘋果香氣。入口酸度宜人，爽脆中帶有能夠包覆味蕾的柔軟度，是少數Sauvignon Blanc中夠酸又不會酸到打哆嗦的美味白酒。尾韻緩緩浮出柑橘、檸檬草，以及一點恰到好處的礦石感，是款定價再高個20%也能讓人甘願掏錢的出色Sauvignon Blanc。
