Sorella使用台灣較少見的義大利品種Vermentino與Friulano，香氣以柑橘、油桃、檸檬，與些許奶油及蜂蜜為主。口感札實、酸度適中，豐富的果味與花香優雅而清新。尾韻帶有甜美油桃香，搭配高地氣候帶來的冷涼礦石感，平衡感抓得不錯，只是延伸感在後韻中段就嘎然而止，有點可惜。
